I’ve spent much of my career leading teams, delivering complex programmes and helping organisations navigate change across telecoms, technology, SaaS, infrastructure and service environments.

Over time, I found that the most successful delivery work rarely comes from process alone. It comes from creating clarity where things feel ambiguous, aligning people around a shared direction, taking them on the journey, and building enough structure and momentum to keep important work moving forward.

That approach has shaped the thinking behind Spiegelei Shift.

I work with organisations at different stages of delivery — from setting up and delivering new initiatives and improving operating models to supporting transformation activity, developing services and helping stalled programmes regain momentum.

My experience spans established international businesses, start-ups and scale-ups, often working across cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners and customer environments where priorities, pressures and expectations need careful balancing.

Clients value a calm, practical and people-centred approach that focuses on outcomes, communication and steady progress rather than unnecessary complexity.

Outside of work, I’ve always been drawn to thoughtful design, engineering and how the analogue world has shaped the digital one we now live in — whether that’s architecture, classic cars, road trips, cycling, skiing or well-made products that stand the test of time. That appreciation for considered design and practical execution influences how I approach delivery too: simple where possible, structured where needed, and always focused on creating something that works well in the real world.
